How much data do I get in a plan?
You don’t have to worry about data limits. You get unlimited access to data in every plan.
How does the service get into my home or office?
Our trained installation team would come to your chosen location to install everything you will need to access our service. Ekovolt service gets to your home or office through the antenna that creates a wireless connection which transmits internet signals.
How long does it take to install?
Installation normally takes up to 3 hours depending on the difficulty of the installation. We do require someone to be at the installation site to approve the antenna location, placement of the inside WiFi router etc.
How can I pay for Ekovolt services?
You can make payments using My Volt online, by cheque made out to “Ekovolt Telco Limited”, or by bank transfer to Access Bank A/C 0063544759 or GTBank A/C 0170576353.
What is fixed broadband?
Fixed wireless broadband connects your office to the internet via a wireless radio connection. This involves installing a unit similar to a satellite dish on your property, which will communicate with a similar unit placed on a tower or building that has direct line of sight
